Everything was great, as expected, good value for money,

It was great to be in Maranello and in the museum.

Excellent purchase through Headout, I was basically escorted by an attendant to a dedicated desk where I received the actual entrance tickets, skipping the 'normal' line. In my humble opinion, 32 euros for admission is a bit excessive, but that is not up to Headout.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter/ innen, obwohl die deutsche Sprache nicht im Vordergrund steht. Weitgehende Ruhe im Museum . Schautafeln ggf. in deutsch erweitern. Parkmöglichkeiten könten verbessert/vergrößert werden, oder einen Bereich auszuweisen der dann mit einem Ferrari Shuttlebus verbindet werden kann.

The large number of iconic and historic Ferraris, and the Scuderia Ferrari F1 cars. In addition each car had detailed information, and the story that unfolded through the corridors was also great.

Bello il museo , ottimo il servizio Headout con il quale ho acquistato i biglietti in anticipo e ho saltato la fila per i biglietti al museo.

Plus que simplement une présentation de voitures, ce musée mériterait de présenter la fabrication des voitures par des vidéos .

It was amazing to see the historical cars and the recent models as well as the breathtaking formula 1 vehicles and trophies, helmets! Definitely a dream come true as a huge Ferrari fan!

The F1 exibit was very interesting and the rest of the museum as well . We loved the classic Ferrari cars . Also the simulation F1 driving experience was awsome!

Museum simply a dream! The factory tour including test race track you can do, but should have good knowledge of Italian or English. Is with me unfortunately not so, but was still okay. Were then still in the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, small but very well done! By the way, you can buy a combined ticket 30 € for both museums on site!

Online Buchung war perfekt, in Maranello wurden die Karten für den Eintritt sofort ausgegeben, in Modena gab's unerklärlicher Weise Probleme, zuerst wurde der QR Code nicht akzeptiert und der Info Point war nicht verfügbar. Doch nach einigem hin und her kam eine Dame die uns dann doch die Karten für den Besuch aushändigte. Sonst war alles unseren Vorstellungen entsprechend und der Besuch war sehr interessant.

I thought I booked a factory tour in Maranello. The museum there was underwhelming. The Moderna museum was more interesting. I was disappointed about not having a factory tour.

Extraordinary museum, but so much better than the ENZO FERRARI museum in Modena that I visited the one in Maranello first. Including 10 minutes on site in Modena

Il pagamento del biglietto online non mi ha evitato di passare dalle biglietterie dei due musei per l'emissione del titolo per l'ingresso. Al museo ferrari di Maranello ho avuto l'accesso prioritario al banco dedicato a chi aveva acquistato i biglietti online mentre alla casa museo Enzo Ferrari ho dovuto attendere la fila di chi non aveva alcuna prenotazione ovvero non aveva pagato il biglietto in anticipo. Tutto sommato una bella esperienza.

Booking the tickets was easy, with the QR code, it's very practical! All you have to do is turn up on time, and off you go! So I recommend it

A really good presentation of vehicles that you do not see every day. It's a pity that no one in the museum can give information about the vehicles, their history and technology. All employees just make sure that nothing is touched...

Llegamos a Modena y fuimos al museo Enzo Ferrari y alli nos orientaron como debiamos hacer. Visitamos primero el museo de Modena con la historia de Enzo y Ferrari hadta su muerte y luego fuimos a Maranello en un bus que se paga a parte pero sale de ahi mismo a Maranello. En Maranello las Ferraries actuales de calle, bestiales y despues las de F1, Schumacher, Raikkonen y las actuales de LeClerc y Sainz. Imperdible para fanaticos de Ferrari y otras escuderias. La atencion de primera.

The tour only lasted just over 30 minutes. I had actually expected us to take a closer look at the Ferrari test track and at least take the bus for a spin, which previous tours have already done. The Ferrari entourage returned from Imola on Monday. A German-speaking tour guide would also be appropriate, at the moment only Italian and English. Nevertheless, this tour rounds off the museum visit accordingly.

It was a nice experience. It was a dream come true for my husband and my son. They throughly enjoyed being able to see where everything about the museum

Pick-up on time and in agreed location

everything was on time, reliable, comfortable. highly recommend

Unfortunatley the bus did not arrive so we were left having to find our own way to the museum and between both places. This was very disappointing as we had paid for this service which we did not receive. Please contact me as a refund would be apprieciated (chantalparise@optusnet.com.au)

My train was delayed and as a consequent I missed the bus. I called the number to see if the bus could wait but not so.
